Girin is a modern expression of classical Korean cuisine. Our chefs apply contemporary cooking techniques to traditional dishes, presenting an elevated yet authentic Korean culinary experience.
This honors Korean cuisine and recipes while paying respect to our Pacific Northwest Region. Our goal is to innovate with presentation and preparation to achieve PNW, seasonally-inspired Korean cuisine. The bounty from local farmers, the wild foragers of the Olympics and Cascades, and the day boats out of the Puget Sound and our Coastal waters is the source of our inspiration.
We feature carefully sourced ingredients, many served ssam-style, a beautiful spread of leafy greens, garlic & chilies for wrapping.
-House made, seasonally focused banchan side dishes and kimchis. Noodles and dumplings from scratch.
All made in homage to the skill and love of a Korean grandmother.
