Cheese & Charcutería Platter
-Garrotxa (pasteurized goat, Catalonia).
-Capricho w/my local honey (pasteurized goat, Jumilla). – Spanish chorizo.
-20 month Serrano jamón

Herb & Bitter Salad
Arugula, radishes, herb vinaigrette, hazelnuts, grana cheese.

Half-dozen Taylor Shellfish farm, Pedro Ximenez mignonette.

Rye flour, piquillo pepper vinaigrette.


Offering Three

Pork Cheek Ragu
Carlton Farms pork braised in tomato sauce, creamy polenta, parmesan.

Pan Seared Ling Cod
Roasted fennel & apple, mashed potato & parsnips, king oyster mushroom relish, roasted cippollini onion.

Ricotta Gnocchi
Japanese mushrooms, hazelnut, rainbow chard, sage, brown butter, parmesan
