Tankard & Tun hones in on Pike Brewing’s decades long passion for pairing locally sourced foods with craft beer. The restaurant includes an oyster bar, bright & lively dining room, casual brew deck and the private mezzanine, alongside an expanded fermentation cellar. Led by Chef Gabe Spiel, the Tankard & Tun culinary team celebrates the natural bounty of our local farms, forests, and oceans. From sea beans to salmon, we strive to source locally to bring you the freshest plates while supporting local producers.

Diners and chefs alike have expressed an interest in exploring the bounty of the Pacific Northwest, and we’re excited to answer with a creative line-up of seasonal events showcasing what’s fresh and local throughout the year. This, our second event, will focus on shellfish! Chefs create dishes driven by what’s local and inspiring while diners can seek out new restaurants and check in with their old favorites to try new dishes!

The Shellfish Showcase menu will feature three items, with a minimum of two items being entrees. Many restaurants will also offer lunch with a minimum of two items, one being an entree.

Shellfish Showcase menus will feature oysters, clams, mussels and geoduck from Washington and Oregon.
