Chiso

In center of Fremont neighborhood, Chiso opened its door in September 2001, by Chef Taichi Kitamura. In 2010, Chef Hirohiko Kirita took over as an executive chef and continued the tradition of fine Japanese cuisine that makes Chiso so special. We specialize in quality sushi and small appetizers called “Ippin”. We utilize seasonal and local ingredients as well as traditional fish from Japan.
